The three installations are pure audio and were set up for a dance production of Sasha Waltz & Guests for the pre-inauguration of the newly built MAXXI museum in Rome. Along A Long Line took advantage of the shadow gap at the bottom of the walls in one large exhibition hall. 64 small speakers were placed into this dark zone and by thus merely invisible. The sounds were moving at high speed from speaker to speaker, creating a strong spatial experience accompanying the dancers that were hanging from the ceiling.
