Light and Sound Installation Galerie Klaus Fischer und Runge, Berlin Plasterwalls ,flourescent tubes, colour gels, loudspeakers, CD-players Dimensions: variable
The new premises of Galerie Klaus Fischer und Runge in Berlin are in two adjacent shops. The holes that had been knocked through the wall dividing the shops did not quite reach the ground. The installation picked up on this architectural peculiarity: two sections of wall were erected; in each there was a large square hole in which ten fluorescent tubes were fitted vertically and ten were fitted horizontally. The fluorescent tubes were in four different colours. A very reduced four-track composition of percussive sounds could be heard.
