For the celebration of the centennial of the bridge over the Nervion river a group of artists were invited to work with the bridge.
For "Puente de Sonido" 40 flourescent tubes were mounted beneath the metal construction. Each tube had a slightly different angle. 8 loudspeaker were placed equidistantly over the complete length of the bridge and short sounds were moving at high speed across the river.
